What we store

Your email, display name, date of birth (for the 18+ check), credit balance, purchase history, and your chat messages. Chat content can be sensitive by nature, we store the minimum needed to run the service and give your companion continuity (a short rolling memory summary).

Who processes it

Messages are generated by Anthropic's Claude models (our AI sub-processor). Anthropic retains API data for up to 30 days for safety purposes, after which it is deleted. Our payment processor (shown at checkout) processes payment data; we never see your full card number.

Safety moderation

Every message is automatically screened for illegal or harmful content. Flagged messages are reviewed by a human. If you delete your account, flagged content is kept in anonymized form (no link to you) as a safety-audit record.

Cookies

We use one strictly necessary cookie to keep you signed in. It is essential to run the service, so it is always set. Any optional analyticsare only used if you choose Accept all in the cookie banner; choosing Only necessary loads none of them. We never use cookies for advertising and never share them. You can clear cookies any time by logging out or clearing your browser.

Your rights (GDPR)

You can delete your account and all associated data, chats, memory, purchases, with one click from the credits page. Deletion is immediate and permanent. You may also request a copy of your data by contacting us.

What we never do

We never sell your data, never use your chats for advertising, and never contact you pretending to be a persona.
