1. What VelvetChat is

VelvetChat is fantasy entertainment for adults. Every profile is a fictional persona generated by artificial intelligence. There are no real people behind the personas, no real relationships, and no real-life meetings — ever. This transparency is the foundation of the service.

2. Who can use it

You must be 18 years or older. By creating an account you confirm your age. We may terminate accounts that misrepresent age or attempt content involving minors — such attempts are logged and may be reported where the law requires it.

3. Credits and payment

Messages cost credits, purchased in packs at the prices shown before every purchase. Credits are a prepayment for entertainment services and are consumed per message. No subscriptions are created without your explicit consent. EU consumers: by purchasing and using credits you consent to immediate delivery of digital content, which affects the standard 14-day withdrawal right for content already consumed.

4. Acceptable use

No content involving minors, non-consensual acts presented as real, or illegal activity. Conversations are automatically moderated for safety; violations are flagged for human review.

5. Not a substitute for real support

The personas are entertainment — not therapy, medical advice, or crisis support. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services (112 in the EU) or a crisis line (Livslinien 70 201 201 in Denmark).

6. Your data

See the privacy policy. You can delete your account and all data at any time from the credits page.
